What is Bunny Beauty Box?
Bunny Beauty Box is a monthly subscription box  delivering cruelty-free items for beauty enthusiasts that are against animal testing.


What can I expect in my box?
Boxes will be mainly focused on make-up and cosmetics but will also include fun accessories or tools. Our boxes will contain 4 to 6 full sized products. 


Are the products cruelty-free and vegan?
Starting June 2018 our subscription box will be 100% cruelty-free and vegan! Our posts on social media will vary though because we are here to inspire and educate also those who have never even thought about what’s going on behind the scenes in the beauty industry. It’s important to us to raise awareness to the unaware and posting cruelty-free products that are not completely vegan might still be a good start for them.


When will I get my box?
Boxes ship end of the month. Cutoff dates for the current box is the last day of the month so any orders placed after that will automatically roll over to the next month. If you order after but still want the previous box, please email us at support@bunnybeautybox.com. If we have some in stock still, we will try to accommodate!


Do I get to choose colors? How do my preferences work?
Unfortunately you cannot choose what color variation you will receive. We choose make-up items  that are neutral and work for all skin tones. We will not carry foundation or concealers. Our skincare items will work for all skin types. There will be times everyone gets the same color/shade and sometimes the shades may vary. Either way- everything will be absolutely beautiful.


Does it renew?
Yes, monthly subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days .
If you pre-paid for 3 or 6 months, they will renew every 3 or 6 months.

 

Why is my account past due?
When subscriptions renew and your card on file is not current, you will receive an email requesting an update to your billing. The system will automatically try every 3 days and if it is not updated by the third time, your subscription will expire.


Can I skip a month?
Yes, you can skip any month you wish. You can also do this by logging into your account.

 

My box shipped but I haven't received it, what do I do? Please contact your post office first as they will always have the most up to date info on transit. If your box says delivered, please email us within 30 days of delivery to further assist you.


Can I contact you through social media with account questions?
While we love interacting with everyone on social media, please contact us via email to support@bunnybeautybox.com with any questions or issues specific to your account. We don't always get notifications and for privacy reasons, it's much easier to help you through email.
